Backports #1240 to next.

Summary

  • report production when Android or iOS native config has no channel
  • preserve explicitly configured channel values
  • add focused Android and iOS regression tests

Verification

  • vitest run packages/hot-updater/src/utils/setChannel.spec.ts --project=unit:default
  • oxfmt --check on changed TypeScript files
  • oxlint on changed TypeScript files
  • tsc --noEmit for packages/hot-updater

Backport #1240 to next so the channel command reports the same production fallback used by the native runtime.
