A previous PR, #17897, fixed an issue where including assigned assets in bulk checkout would silently re-assign assets without alerting the previous assignee by declining the entire request after the user submitted the form.
This PR improves the UX by removing the assigned assets and informing the user why they were removed before the user submits the form:
