What?

Update to latet golangci-lint v2.5.0

Why?

Both to update the version and fix issues earlier, but also because we need newer version to work with go 1.25, and not have local issues that do not happen in CI.

This seems to be the most ... not terrible way to do it.

Doing it with `//nolint` requires line everywhere and then nolintlint
complains.

Disabling it as a rule of `revive` disables all other rules.

Better to go commit by commit as they are split based on similar problems/reports.
