Major Dep Upgrades

Hey @gorhom! Big fan of your work.

While working on an app of mine, I found some behavior issues with migrating screens not allowing my portals to unrender.

Now, I'm investigating a fix on that, but along the way I figured it would be great to get many of these deps upgraded to help ease the continued development of this project.

If nothing else, enabling the React Compiler ESLint plugin will be easier from this new slate.

What I did

• Re-ran the same bob template you seem to've used (according the the README) but the latest version
• Fixed TS/ESLint errors
• Added missing deps for the example project
• Merged (via Cherry Pick and a clean yarn.lock install) chore: update nanoid to 5.0.9 to resolve warnings of CVE-2024-55565 #54 along the way
