This commit adds KL as a supported TdAttribute. Before this change, KL was always enforced to be disabled, regardless of the actual TdAttributes validation option. Furthermore, this adds a constant for the DEBUG bit, fixes the documentation of tdAttributesFixed0 and adds a reference to the spec this is based on. Signed-off-by: Markus Rudy <[email protected]>
