Consolidates all PRs adding basic-session, advanced-session, agent, webhook, and github-actions examples. Also resolves documentation conflicts and ensures workspaces support sub-package examples appropriately. Consolidate five conflicting pull requests that add new example setups to
@google/jules-sdk. This PR safely incorporates the content from PRs #193, #194, #195, #196, and #199 by merging all documentation inREADME.mdcleanly and creating independent execution files for each example. Rootpackage.jsonworkspaces was updated to ensure local inter-package dependencies (e.g.,workspace:*) resolve correctly.Fixes #188
