Consolidates the following PRs into a single commit to resolve merge conflicts on README.md and bun.lock:

• PR Fixes #192: Add GitHub Actions example to Jules SDK #193 (Fixes [Fleet Execution] [GitHub Actions Example] #192): GitHub Actions example

Also includes updates to package.json workspaces to ensure correct local workspace:* dependency resolution for these examples.
