This PR consolidates five conflicting pull requests that add new example setups to @google/jules-sdk. It safely incorporates the content from PRs #193, #194, #195, #196, and #199 by merging all documentation in README.md cleanly and creating independent execution files for each example. Root package.json workspaces was updated to ensure local inter-package dependencies (e.g., workspace:*) resolve correctly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4851341328139605887 started by @davideast

This commit consolidates multiple PRs that add examples to the Jules
SDK, resolving merge conflicts. The following examples are added:
- basic-session
- advanced-session
- agent
- webhook
- github-actions

It also updates the main SDK README to point to these examples and
updates the root package.json workspaces configuration to include
these examples, allowing them to depend on the local SDK correctly.
