Adds missing example directories and files: - `packages/core/examples/agent` - `packages/core/examples/advanced-session` - `packages/core/examples/github-actions` - `packages/core/examples/webhook` Updates `packages/core/README.md` to link to all examples in a merged list. Updates root `package.json` workspaces to include `packages/core/examples/*`.
