PR created as discussed in #7

It includes:

Prettier
Updated babel, added babel-preset-2015 babel-preset-react babel-preset-stage-0 and babel-plugin-transform-decorators-legacy
React 16 as a devDepedency
Added prop-types to Provider.spec.js test case

Note: 20 out of 23 test cases are passing as of now.
