Not ready to merge yet, but for consideration:

This does three things

ES5 only
Add seek methods so you can start at an arbitrary index, and also seek to an arbitrary index.
Add onTopCursorChange and onBottomCursorChange props that will be invoked when their respective cursors change.


          es5, seek methods, and top/bottom cursor callbacks
