docs: explicit destination addressing and per-destination threading

Reflects upstream qwibitai/nanoclaw#2329 — fix(agent-runner): require explicit destination addressing, fix per-destination threading.

Summary

• features/messaging.mdx — documents the new XML formats for inbound chat, task, webhook, and system messages (with from="..." origin attribute), the required <message to="name">...</message> wrapping for every agent response (the single-destination shortcut is gone), per-destination thread resolution in agent-shared sessions, and the new PreCompact hook (bun /app/src/compact-instructions.ts) that preserves routing XML through context compaction.
• api/message-routing.mdx — adds an "Outbound dispatch (in-container)" section covering the dispatch parser, scratchpad / <internal> semantics, and the per-destination messages_in lookup used to resolve thread_id and in_reply_to.
