feat: Add ZOO (DO NOT MERGE)

Description

• merge in feat: Update trusted-service schema #673
• refactor: Move plugin methods from ManageWrapper to services/plugins
• add ZooDialog and PluginsZooCard
• refactor: merge plugins and trusted-service service functions are merged together (see store

What's missing:

• add datasets to the ZOO, not necessarily as part of this PR.

NOTE: this PR should be merged with gliff-ai/store#259. When this PR is merged, all supported plugins need to be re-deployed to work with the new login system.
