Unzip the zip folder, then open the terminal in that directory.
cd in to the pacman directory, then run sudo make install. then
to play run the pacman command. if it does not launch, try this:
sudo apt update then sudo apt install libsdl2-dev libsdl2-mixer-dev.
If that does not work, then i don't know how to help you.
