What changed
Adds a responsive, accessible landing-page section that explains the path from funded work to payout:
The copy explicitly avoids promising payment for submission alone and gives both creators and workers a shared review model. The section uses the existing Card, motion, and design primitives and is inserted after the work discovery section.
