[codex] Add live work proof section

Summary

• add a Live Work Proof section to the landing page
• show funded task examples, the proof loop, and submission-quality hints
• render the new section between LookingFor and testimonials

Why

Gibwork's homepage can better demonstrate the marketplace loop before a visitor signs in: find funded work, ship proof, and submit for review. This section gives new users concrete examples and sets expectations for strong submissions.

Validation

• git diff --check passed locally
• next lint / tsc --noEmit could not complete in the local Windows checkout because dependency installation hit long-path/node_modules issues
• remote fork branch contents verified through the GitHub API
