This PR adds some major changes. Introduce a new chan command:
analyze, new module:chan-aiand a new workflow.You can bring your own model, setup it up, and chan will automatically analyze commits, maintaining a new structure called
code.mdthat keep track of changes. This new structure can be used to update the CHANGELOG.md.WORK IN PROGRESS
