Summary

This is a release that makes Budgie compatible with GNOME 49. Related to this, the libpeas dependency has been bumped to version 2. libpeas is a library to create and load plugins for an application. Budgie uses it for panel applets and Raven plugins. We had to do this because of changes upstream that drops support for Python plugins with libpeas-1.0. Check out the Budgie release notes here.

Depends on #6334

Test Plan

Reboot and log into Budgie Desktop. See that the panel starts with the normal applets. Install Python-based applets like budgie-takeabreak-applet or budgie-restart-applet, and add it to the panel. See that the applet is added to the panel, and that the panel does not crash.

Current status: Python applets don't appear to get loaded. Everything else seems to be working, though.
