Summary
This is a release that makes Budgie compatible with GNOME 49. Related to this, the
libpeasdependency has been bumped to version 2.libpeasis a library to create and load plugins for an application. Budgie uses it for panel applets and Raven plugins. We had to do this because of changes upstream that drops support for Python plugins withlibpeas-1.0. Check out the Budgie release notes here.Depends on #6334
Test Plan
Reboot and log into Budgie Desktop. See that the panel starts with the normal applets. Install Python-based applets like
budgie-takeabreak-appletorbudgie-restart-applet, and add it to the panel. See that the applet is added to the panel, and that the panel does not crash.Checklist
