The repo is already linked in the header, so this drops the redundant footer social icons. **Footer override** Adds a local Starlight `Footer` that keeps pagination/spacing from `@sentry/starlight-theme` but omits the social/GitHub nav. When the current PR label already matches a successful risk classification, leave that label untouched instead of submitting another add-label request. Competing risk labels are still removed, and revision checks remain in place.
Regression tests now assert zero label mutations for unchanged low, medium, and high results and repeated publication. The existing policy for failed classifications is unchanged: the previous verdict is cleared rather than presented as a result for the new revision. This change does not address provider HTTP 503 errors.
