we want to link to the issue in sentry via the URL in the PR description to make it easier to iterate (also it seems we did this in legacy autofix so it's not like this is a _new_ feature) we also want to show the user a message regarding providing feedback in the PR description if the autofix PR is eligible for PR iteration, so they know what PRs are eligible
