  • removes the colored avatar ring from app-backed activity markers like Linear
  • keeps user-backed activity markers, but makes the ring thinner and slightly softer
  • uses a line graph icon and darker warning color for escalated activity
  • keeps priority updates and completed Seer activity neutral

Clean up the v2 issue activity markers so app-backed activity does not get a colored avatar ring, while user-backed activity keeps a lighter ring.

Also makes escalated activity a darker warning line icon and keeps completed Seer activity neutral.

Priority updates should not get the warning treatment in the activity timeline. Let them use the default marker color while escalated keeps the darker warning state.
