Recommend each SDK's send-default-PII option where privacy policy and user disclosures permit, while documenting that the current Elixir SDK has no matching config option. Update AI monitoring guidance to rely on sendDefaultPii/send_default_pii for prompt and output capture defaults, keeping recordInputs/recordOutputs/include_prompts for explicit overrides.
