two quick questions before ✅
also, is this PR supposed to only cover Native, or also the other platforms added in the changes?

| - Fixed partial disk writes for streamed envelopes; Android breadcrumb `data` now sent as structured object. | ||

Should this section contain only a selection of the release notes, or cover everything? (if not covering everything is the plan, then maybe we should title this "Release Note Highlights" or something 🤔

the list of fixes in https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-native/releases/tag/0.15.0 is rather huge 😅 so would make sense to not put all of them in here, but then we should also make clear that this is a shortened list
