Added GitHub Copilot instructions. It will create the instructions file in the correct path, just like the Cursor implementation. Also, changed file names from
cursorRulestoagentRulesto better reflect the process. The instructions will be fetched from the official Convex instructions file.agentRules.testpasses without a problem, including the new Copilot tests.
