Monohponic Mode

Adds new monophonic mode (default). In this mode you can play chords and the lowest note is tracked.
Useful for adding a bass synth to your guitar

First realy stable release

This release now also works in ardour!
To use you need to set a framebuffer of 256 samples.

More Harmonies Then Expected

Made the filter approach as stable as possible.
Single note tracking down to the lowest strings work well
Multinote doesnt work so well but still fun to play.
This release still has problems:

• per guitar note: multiple midi notes
• Host/Jack has to run with 256 frames per period
