Removes [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [minimatch](https://github.com/isaacs/minimatch), [sucrase](https://github.com/alangpierce/sucrase) and [svelte-check](https://github.com/sveltejs/language-tools). These dependencies need to be updated together.
