Changes

  • EmitNoSpaceBefore: Replaced 4 string comparisons with direct char indexing

  • AddedTokens initialization: Eliminated LINQ overhead by replacing .SelectMany().Distinct() with direct HashSet population in foreach loop

  • Decode dictionary lazy init: Replaced repeated .ToDictionary() LINQ calls with pre-sized dictionary initialization method, reducing allocations on first decode

Impact

Decode operations: ~5-10% improvement, primarily from EmitNoSpaceBefore and dictionary initialization optimizations. Initialization time reduced for tokenizers with multiple added tokens.
