Correct op_dio1.c type o Add PREF_T test program to BP prefix change appears to work
Change LOGIN and CPROC (LOGTO) to test for account using new style prefix.
tweek account test in CRPOC
prefix.c change dyn file names from ~ to % Work In Progress!
prefix program appears to work usage: prefix path_to_account/* note prefix will only rename dyn file blobs found within the account's folder correct logic for detecting account needing prefix updating

I've cherry-picked these changes and pulled them into my own fork. Everything looks to be working pretty well.
TBF this is a single user system so there are many things I didn't hammer. |

Also includes program prefix which changes dynamic file blobs from ~ to % for given account path.
Usage: assume usage: prefix path_to_account/*
