Add a new near_intents.svg asset (with Contents.json preserving vector representation) to the swap_providers asset catalog, expose Images.SwapProviders.nearIntents, and update SwapProvider mapping to use Images.SwapProviders.nearIntents instead of Images.Chains.near so the Near Intents provider icon is displayed correctly.

Code Review

This pull request correctly adds the new image asset for the nearIntents swap provider and updates the code to use it. The changes are logical and well-contained. I have one suggestion to optimize the newly added SVG file to reduce the application's bundle size.
