Yeah, this introduces a lot more than just that though. It has a build task that I think works for non massive/inventory overflowing builds. Probably too much to merge in at this rate though... |

Has a ton of features that would be great to have.
But this won't merged yet, because it introduces some special conventions/classes that already exist (ex.
Blacklist.java, there already is a blacklist system usingBlockTracker'sblacklistBlockUnreachable). This was probably done because either the original system was too confusing or not powerful enough. This means the original systems should be improved/fixed and then replace the "new" systems.
