fix: correct hadolint ARM64 download + Playwright MCP patch for ralphex-fe - #67

Hadolint changed their naming convention: `hadolint-Linux-aarch64` → `hadolint-linux-arm64`. Map uname arch and fix URL casing to match.
- Mirror the ARM64 fix from claude-code (#64) into ralphex-fe - At container start, rewrites Playwright MCP args to --browser chromium when running on aarch64 (Chrome has no Linux ARM64 builds)
