we need to decide:
- How to deploy -> then page show "how to deploy" i.e. "Get in contact with this info"
or - Contact us for deployment -> and then we need to change the file name to "contact us" instead of "how to deploy"
both are fine, jsut needs to be consistent

Updated the documentation to reflect the current flow: you can’t create or deploy a rollup in the Presto UI anymore, and the UI is only for browsing rollup types and use cases. The guide now directs users to contact the Gateway team to deploy a rollup and includes the key information needed to proceed. I also removed all Gnosis references since it’s no longer supported, and simplified the smart contract deployment section to be more general and tool-agnostic.
