externals_xem2_XEM

"externals" radiative corrections program for the xem2 (EMC, x>1 at 11 GeV) experiments.

This version uses the updated "XEM" model (y-scaling for QE, inelastic = smeared F1/F2 with polynomial correction to give correct EMC effect).
