This is great, and we should try to get it ready by GTA, I have only minor comments:
- Can you explain more, for the individual steps, that you only need to run workflows if you have this kind of data, e.g. if you know your amplicons are 16S you do not need ITS workflow
- Can you at the end propose how to adjust the workflow to users own data or update, like adjust fastp QC if needed with one or two examples, and also choose the newer DBs from v6 - those are already available right ?

@shiltemann we do not really understand the linting error, any idea, if possible we would like to add it for GTA if we can fix it by Sunday :) |
