Proxy Independent Verification

Add the Real proxy independent verification function (Hakim et al. 2016) and an example "lmr-real-pages2k-inpdt-verify.ipynb".

Only support TAS fields for verification now.

This pull request includes not only the new feature but also some unrelated modifications.
I asked @ZiluM to remove the unrelated changes before merging, but that hasn’t happened.
This was also mentioned to you on Slack 6 months ago.
