Implement Taurus CMP (ECDSA):

  • Keygen: Generate a new threshold ECDSA key using the Taurus CMP protocol.
  • Sign: Perform distributed signing using the existing CMP key shares.
  • Reshare: Refresh the existing key shares while keeping the same participants and threshold (no new key generation).
