Sometimes, playlists are uploaded to youtube in the wrong order, so having the ability to sort playlists, such as by upload date or alphabetically, would save users from having to manually rearrange saved playlists. This feature is available in the standard youtube app, so adding it to grayjay would also improve feature parity.
