Bug: Video Download stops and refuses to cancel when on low quality mobile data

Reproduction steps

0. Attempt to download YouTube video
1. Starts download
2. Gets to a random percentage
3. Download stops completely and refuses to restart
4. Cancel download
5. Attempt to try again
6. Ques forever
7. Have to force kill the app to stop it from queuing and actually try again

Actual result

When trying to download videos on lower quality mobile data, I've noticed that at some point it will stop and refuse to continue the download. I've noticed that this happens the most when I have three bars or less. I'm on a 5G network and and using a brand new pixel 10.

Expected result

I'm not sure if this issue has already been reported or not. I tried to look it up and just got results for the play store not hosting Grayjay. Hopefully this is an actual obscure issue and not me being bad at google-fu.

No, nothing. At least nothing popping up. Maybe there's something in the log but I have no idea how to access that.

Edit: I didn't have logging on. I have it on now so I'll see if I can get the relevant information the next time I have an opportunity to reproduce it.

Okay, still no idea how to actually get and look at the logs, but I found a setting for submitting logs and got this: b473361d-2306-47d3-a160-f6bf0bf11b5b

Hopefully someone is able to do something with this and see what's going on, otherwise I'm going to need some help finding the relevant information.
