Bug: Youtube lievsreaming quality selection is reversed

Reproduction steps

1. play youtube livesteam
2. select playback settings
3. select Video Quality
4. select (1920x1080) mp4a.40.2,avc1.64002A
5. select (256x144) mp4a.40.5,acv1.42c00B

Actual result

When (1920x1080) mp4a.40.2,avc1.64002A is selected the actual stream quality is 256x144.
When (256x144) mp4a.40.5,acv1.42c00B is selected the actual stream quality is 1920x1080.

Expected result

When selecting (256x144) mp4a.40.5,acv1.42c00B stream quality should be 256x144.
When selecting (1920x1080) mp4a.40.2,avc1.64002A stream quality should be 1920x1080.
