Combined 'subparts' and 'subparts2d' into single 'subparts' directory (pass to brd2svg with the '-s' flag because '-p' DOESN'T ACTUALLY DO ANYTHING). Deleted redundant copies of all.packages.txt and brd2xml.ulp (just one canonical copy of each now), added a couple Adafruit parts to the former.
Was really hoping to avoid that.
