Wrapper missing features take three forms

Bugs.
Things we haven't coded yet.
Things which the wrap format doesn't support and clap does.

This wiki documents the third.

Since only CLAP supports polyphonic modulation of parameters we won't list that for each format.

VST3

~~transport bar_number and transport time in seconds are not available in the VST3 api. We set those to 0.~~

Offline Rendering is not yet supported, although it works for VST3

iOS is not a target yet, only macOS
