This PR consolidates the installation IA, reducing scrolling and grouping similar items together.
All software is under installation/downloads (the rest of the structure is the same, this just makes it very obvious where to download software).
It also updates the directory structure to more modern site rendering needs. Each directory should have a page to go with it now.
Also updated the update-release-version script so that docker and windows versions will update properly when new versions of Fluent Bit release.
