Added a new 📱🔐 Personally-owned iPhones team to separate corporate-owned devices from personally-owned devices. I also updated and sorted policies so that only policies that could apply (due to supervised vs unsupervised) would apply successfully.

Per POSIX standard, all text files should have an empty newline at the bottom: https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/18743/whats-the-point-in-adding-a-new-line-to-the-end-of-a-file

That's why you're seeing the red circle with a line at the bottom of the files in the GitHub review tab.
