Summary
Adds an options to completely ignore actual WSO2 invocations for the Wso2Api construct (dry run).
This is useful when migrating out for this construct to something else without deleting the actual API on WSO2 and yet removing the custom resource and other CDK resources related to this construct on the CF stack.
