Highlights

• Much better optimized
• Distributed as a single, self-contained binary
• Binary is now ~3MB, as opposed to 130 MB (installer), while the installed size was even bigger
• Takes less than 20MB of memory
• 100% portable
• You can now set a Sync command to keep it running it in parallel with Clipboard Sync (e.g. rclone mount ...)
• The regular icon is now only shown when the application is working normally, and a suspended icon is shown instead
• Tooltip is now used to display current status
• One-click self-update

This is working nicely on Windows. I'll test it for some more days, and once stable on Windows, I'll start testing for other platforms too.
