Package Simple Invoices for Ubuntu/Debian

Having Simple Invoices packaged from Ubuntu/Debian and getting the .deb into 'universe' or the Debian repos would help a lot of people get Simple Invoices installed on their PCs. Richard Bailey proposed this (refer info links) and may be working on it. If he's not this would be very beneficial to Simple Invoices and you'd learn a lot about Ubuntu/Debian
