인증/인가 관련 상태 코드:

• 400 Bad Request: JWT 토큰이 없는 경우, 잘못된 형식의 JWT 토큰, 잘못된 JWT 클레임 등이 발생한 경우
• 401 Unauthorized: 유효하지 않은 JWT 서명, 만료된 JWT 토큰, 지원되지 않는 JWT 토큰, 기타 JWT 검증 오류 발생 시
• 403 Forbidden: 관리자 권한이 없는 경우, 접근이 거부된 경우
