I think (I can't quite remember now) this ended up not really fixing the underlying issue. It does mean the first run after generating build.ninja wouldn't rebuild, but subsequent invocations would still get confused. |

This implements an idea from #40, where on the first n2 run we assume the build.ninja is up to date.
