feat: add agent marketplace distribution tracking

Summary

• add project-level marketplace lifecycle records for OpenAI, Claude, Grok, Cursor, MCP.Directory, skills.sh, and custom shelves
• keep provider review status distinct from publication state
• add timestamped evidence snapshots for views, clones, installs, OAuth, activation, and qualified outcomes
• support both SQLite/D1 and Postgres schemas, repositories, services, server functions, navigation, and UI
• document the activation-first measurement model

Verification

• pnpm format:check

• pnpm test (138 files, 1,175 tests)
• schema parity (189 tests)

This PR adds tracking infrastructure only. It does not submit or publish X1 to any marketplace.
