Yes, but there's still work being done before the finalised files are made accessible so I don't have a good idea of when that will be. |

I've added preliminary yaml files roughly categorising the segments in twin otter flights. It's not ready to merge yet as the files I've used aren't finalised or openly available yet so I can't put in the corresponding changes to the report/validate scripts. I thought it would be good to have this as an open pull request just to show these files are available if needed.
